课题组长期关注多铁性材料和器件,聚焦功能氧化物薄膜、界面和纳米结构的制备、新颖物性及应用,利用激光分子束外延生长手段实现材料在原子尺度的精确设计和制备,发展新型多铁性材料、磁电耦合新机制及磁电新器件构型,为推动超低功耗信息存算技术的发展提供创新思路与理论基础。
以第一/通讯作者身份在Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater., PNAS, Nat. Comm.等材料和物理类核心期刊发表论文十余篇,在Science, Nat. Mater., Adv. Mater.等期刊上合作发表论文40余篇,引用3000余次(H-index 22)。目前主持基金委原创探索项目、重大研究计划培养项目、参与科技部重点研发、北京市自科基金重点项目。
课题组拥有激光分子束外延薄膜制备、高真空磁控溅射、综合物性测量系统、扫描探针显微镜、磁光克尔显微镜等实验设备,与合作团队在高频测试、器件制备等方面建立密切合作。每年招收1-2名博士生,长期欢迎博士后加入,也欢迎对信息功能材料有兴趣的员工联系。
